Here's a sample of my work from figure drawing class last semester. First three were 3-5 minute poses and the last couple were probably 15-20 min.
I created this page as a place to post art that I've done or am working on. Hopefully it provides some enjoyment! Let me know what you think!

Giants Baseball - TORTURE
Black and White
The theme I was given for this project was Black and White. We could take it anywhere we wanted and for some reason I went with a dove and a raven. No real inspiration behind it. Just seemed like a good idea at the time. Compositionally it isn't all that exciting but it was fun messing around with overlapping parts of the birds and I thought it added an intriguing element. Done digitally in Painter.

"The Challenge To Be Healthy"
An illustration I did for the given title: "The Challenge To Be Healthy." Definitely not a style that I typically work in, but it was a nice change of pace. At the time I had been looking at the work of an illustrator named Christoph Niemann. All of his work is done with a flat graphic style and he just creates a lot of fun images. I definitely suggest checking out his work. I definitely created this image with his work in mind.
Passion Project Spring 2010
Another older one from last spring. This was for a "Passion Project" and go figure I chose to do something sports related. I'm really happy how these turned out, especially the baseball one. The hardest part was making them look cohesive as a series. My painting style would change slightly through the process and I'd have to go back through to change them all accordingly. Still wish I could have done a hockey one, but never got a hold of a stick and puck for reference! All of these were done digitally in Corel Painter...

Anti-Steroid Ad
While I don't have any personal experience with or being around steroids, I know it has been a hot topic in the sports community for quite some time. Especially when it comes to young teenagers steroids can be a dangerous thing to get involved in. This ad I created was an attempt to show the many harmful side effects of steroid use. It was done entirely in Illustrator just playing around with type and their opacity/color/overlay. Don't use steroids people!!!
Chewed Gum Font
This was for a found object assignment. Ultimately I narrowed it down to two ideas: popcorn and chewed gum. I ended up going with the chewed gum and needless to say I was wondering whether that was right choice about 20 sticks of gum into the process... I'm happy with how it turned out, but I do wish I had a better camera to take the shots with. Fun project nonetheless.

Identity System
Senior Project
Here are my four pieces that I did for my Senior Show. They were all done digitally in Corel Painter. Sports are one of my biggest passions and I was trying to capture the attributes and qualities unique to each sport. There were 16 of us in the show which was the opening show of the new Westmont Art Museum. There were tons of different mediums used throughout the show and everyone's turned out great!
Posted my general progression and then the final works:
